Outdoor Group Fitness

House of Health and Fitness’s personal outdoor group fitness sessions are a great way to make you accountable to your team mates: group sessions are perfect to offer support, energy, motivation, and fun!
Our sessions are always different, so you’re constantly being challenged. We aim to create an environment where everyone can feel confident and motivated while achieving their fitness goals. The groups are small so your personal trainer can still offer individualised care.
By training outdoors we offer our clients all the benefits of being in the open air: there’s no waiting time for equipment, and outside you will be utilising all a park has to offer to keep the sessions interesting, challenging, and enjoyable!
Our outdoor group fitness sessions take place at Edithvale Recreational Reserve. This is a very accessible park for those who live or work around Chelsea, Edithvale, Bonbeach, and Seaford.
The park has plenty of car parks and is easy to find. House of Health and Fitness has access to a hall in case of very bad weather, but the majority of the sessions are conducted outdoors.
Group Fitness Training
House of Health and Fitness’s group fitness training caters for all ages and fitness levels. We train in small groups to ensure we can provide you with personal advice, guidance, and assistance. Each session always contains a warm-up phase, conditioning phase, and cool down phase.
The outdoor group sessions have individual parts – where our members are being timed and challenged to improve each exercise – as well as partner exercises, where you’re partnered up with someone with a similar fitness level. This camaraderie creates a team environment that promotes encouragement. Push each other and be motivated with House of Health and Fitness’s group fitness training!
