I had never done personal training sessions before doing my training with Kim. I have now been doing a half-hour session once a week for the last four months. My sessions have been a dual experience of being both extremely challenging and very rewarding at the same time. Doing personal training sessions has been very confronting for me but Kim has always greeted me with a very happy and friendly attitude which has helped put me at ease each time we meet. Kim is always extremely understanding with me and she has the ability to accept the way I am feeling each session we have. Kim also knows when to push me and she helps challenge the demons in my mind of wanting to give up and that it is all too hard!!
Kim has always been willing to help me in any way that I need and we have had many conversations regarding healthy eating also. Kim has a wealth of experience and knowledge in both fitness and nutrition. I have lost centimetres off my stomach and legs and I am really starting to feel healthier and fitter. I know this is a huge life change for me and I feel Kim has a great ability to get the best out of me and help me start to create true self-belief. Personal training is definitely a work in progress for me but I know I definitely don’t want to give up which I credit to Kim’s expertise and wisdom and her ability to keep me motivated and inspired.
Kim has been a great mentor and teacher for me. She has given me a lot of encouragement and confidence in myself, and taught me to trust in my abilities. I have come to value my personal training sessions as a life-changing time for me. I can’t thank Kim enough for the transformation she is helping me to achieve both on an inner and outer level. I am so grateful and appreciative for Kim’s never-ending guidance, direction, care, understanding, patience, encouragement and belief in me!!
