House of Health and Fitness offers one-on-one or two-on-one personal training in Chelsea and surrounding suburbs. Two-on-one sessions are with friends or family members in order to share the cost. In these 30- or 60-minute sessions, the complete focus is on the one or two clients to ensure goals are met. These sessions are intense and very much results-driven!

Each personal training session is completely customised to your needs, and goals are based on a health assessment. The health assessment includes measurements, postural checks, weekly activity plans, and food diaries. During your journey, there will be several tests to measure your progress.
